1. Introduction
Welcome to GamsPK. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and GamsPK ("GamsPK", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the GamsPK website at gamspk.app and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live scores and any promotional programmes.
By creating a GamsPK account, making a deposit, or using any part of the GamsPK platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use GamsPK's services.
These Terms should be read alongside GamsPK's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and GamsPK.
Important: GamsPK is an entertainment platform. Gaming involves financial risk. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose. If gaming stops being fun and starts feeling like a problem, use our Responsible Gaming tools or contact our support team immediately.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on GamsPK. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. GamsPK reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be under 18. Any winnings earned by an underage player will be voided and the deposited funds returned to the payment source.
2.2 One Account per Player
Each individual may hold only one GamsPK account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to exploit bonuses or unintentionally — will be closed. The balance from a duplicate account may be forfeited at GamsPK's discretion. If you believe a duplicate has been created in error, contact support immediately.
2.3 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your legal name, valid mobile number and any other details requested. GamsPK will not be held responsible for any problems arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the player, including failed withdrawal payments sent to incorrect account information.
2.4 Verification (KYC)
GamsPK reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing significant withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. Verification requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension pending completion.

3. Your Account
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GamsPK username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. GamsPK will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from a failure on your part to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact GamsPK support immediately.
3.2 Account Currency
All GamsPK accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. GamsPK does not charge any currency conversion fee — the PKR balance you see in your account is exactly what you have available to play with or withdraw.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal or gameplay activity for a continuous period of 12 months. GamsPK reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance charge of Rs 200 per month to inactive account balances after this period. You will be notified by SMS or email before any charge is applied. Any remaining balance is still withdrawable upon request.
3.4 Account Statements
A full transaction history — including all deposits, withdrawals, bets placed and bonuses received — is available within your GamsPK account dashboard at any time. If you believe there is an error in your account statement, contact support within 30 days of the transaction date.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
GamsPK currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all in Pakistani Rupees:
- Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
- JazzCash (mobile wallet)
- NayaPay (digital wallet)
- SadaPay (digital wallet)
- Bank Transfer / IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
- Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards
4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions
The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier — standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 50,000 per day; verified VIP accounts have higher limits available on request. GamsPK does not impose a maximum deposit limit.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically within the same business day for fully verified accounts. Bank Transfer (IBFT) — 1 to 2 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals — 3 to 5 business days depending on the card issuer. GamsPK does not charge any internal withdrawal processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their standard charges.
4.4 Declined Transactions
GamsPK reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit or withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or if verification has not been completed. In such cases, GamsPK will notify the player and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Note: Funds deposited on GamsPK must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all accounts regardless of bonus status.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Rules
GamsPK offers various bonuses and promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for any GamsPK bonus is 20x the bonus amount before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New players who register and make their first deposit on GamsPK may be eligible for a first deposit match bonus. The bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount will be displayed on the active promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account creation and used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time
Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on their GamsPK account. If you request to cancel an active bonus, any associated bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings will be removed from your balance. Only the original qualifying deposit amount (minus any losses already incurred) will be preserved.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
GamsPK uses automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse including multi-accounting for bonus collection, coordinated abuse between multiple accounts, and low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. GamsPK reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected, and to close accounts engaged in systematic bonus abuse.
5.5 Referral Programme
GamsPK's referral programme allows existing players to earn bonus rewards by referring new players. Referral bonuses are credited once the referred player completes registration, deposits a qualifying minimum amount and meets the gameplay criteria in force at the time. Referral rewards are subject to the same wagering requirements as other GamsPK bonuses. Self-referrals and circular referral arrangements are not permitted.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on GamsPK. Sports betting minimum bet is Rs 100. Casino game minimum bet varies by title — most games accept bets from Rs 20 upward. Maximum bet limits per event or game session are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. GamsPK reserves the right to impose additional individual stake limits without prior notice if account activity warrants it.
6.2 Void Bets
A sports bet may be voided (and the stake returned) in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined; the event is suspended and does not resume within 24 hours of its scheduled start; a technical error results in clearly incorrect odds being offered; or GamsPK identifies a data feed error that materially affected the bet acceptance. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's balance in full.
6.3 Obvious Errors
GamsPK shall not be liable for any errors in published odds or prices caused by technical faults or data feed errors. In the event that a wager is accepted at an obviously incorrect price — defined as a price materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement — GamsPK reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake. What constitutes an "obvious error" is determined at GamsPK's reasonable discretion.
6.4 Casino Game Outcomes
All GamsPK casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Crash game round results are produced using a Provably Fair cryptographic algorithm verifiable by any player. GamsPK does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes, and all results are final once the game round has concluded and been recorded on GamsPK's servers.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on GamsPK and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where appropriate:
- Creating more than one GamsPK account for any purpose
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification
- Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, bots or scripted play
- Coordinating with other players to exploit pricing errors or guaranteed bonus profit strategies
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation
- Using a GamsPK account for money laundering or any other financial crime
- Transferring funds between player accounts outside of official GamsPK features
- Accessing GamsPK's platform through proxies, VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
- Threatening, harassing or abusing GamsPK staff or other players in any communications channel
GamsPK Reserves the Right: To investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct, to freeze account access during investigation, and to permanently close accounts found to have engaged in any of the above activities. GamsPK cooperates with law enforcement agencies on matters of fraud and financial crime.
8. Responsible Gaming
GamsPK takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be enjoyable entertainment, and we are committed to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.
8.1 Available Tools
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly limits configurable from account settings
- Wagering Limits: Maximum bet amounts per session or per day
- Session Time Reminders: Notifications after defined play durations
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 30 days
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from GamsPK
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If you self-exclude from GamsPK, your account will be suspended for the period you select. During exclusion, GamsPK will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account or accepting promotional communications. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
8.3 Underage Gambling Prevention
GamsPK employs age verification procedures during registration and will apply additional checks when there is any reason to suspect a player may be underage. If a person under 18 is found to have created a GamsPK account, the account will be permanently closed, all activity will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the funding source.
9. Privacy & Data
GamsPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating a GamsPK account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
GamsPK will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash) is governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. GamsPK implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.
You have the right to request access to the personal data GamsPK holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to GamsPK's legal retention obligations. Such requests can be submitted via the contact details in Section 14.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the GamsPK platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to GamsPK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any GamsPK content without prior written permission.
Your licence to access and use the GamsPK platform is personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive. It is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of GamsPK's services. Any unauthorised use may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GamsPK's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
GamsPK shall not be liable for:
- Losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues
- Losses resulting from third-party service failures including payment processor downtime
- Indirect, consequential or speculative financial losses
- Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain account security
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand these Terms
GamsPK makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.
12. Account Termination
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request to close your GamsPK account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after deducting any active bonus balances) will be returned to your primary verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
12.2 GamsPK-Initiated Closure
GamsPK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) circumstances where: a player has breached these Terms; fraud or money laundering is suspected; a player has been found to be underage; or a player has engaged in abusive behaviour toward staff or other players. In such cases, GamsPK will provide written notice where required by applicable law.
12.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, your licence to use the GamsPK platform ceases immediately. GamsPK retains the right to retain transaction records and account data in accordance with legal obligations for a period of up to seven years following closure.
13. Changes to These Terms
GamsPK may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment methods, legal requirements or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or SMS at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of GamsPK after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at gamspk.app/terms-conditions and is marked with the last updated date at the top of this page.
